Loyalty Program

We offer a loyalty program, where every dollar you spend with us on parts, accessories or services, earns you points.  Collect enough points, and you get yourself a Dutton Cycles gift voucher. $1 = 5 points, and for every 5,000 points you collect, we’ll send you a $20 Gift voucher.  Our system keeps track of it all, and we’ll automatically send you your voucher when its time. Just make sure you give us your name when you make a purchase, so you always collect your points!  It’s that easy!

 

Referal Program

We sincerely hope you loved your experience with our shop.  If you know any friends, colleagues or family looking to purchase a new bike, we’d love for you to pass our details on to them. If they buy a bike from us, as our way of saying thanks, you’ll receive a $50 in store credit and they’ll be assured of a fantastic retail experience.  If you are already a customer of ours, all they need to do is tell us your full name when they make their purchase. If for any reason you aren’t happy and don’t feel our level of service deserves your recommendation, please tell us so we can rectify the problem.  There is no limit to the number of people you can refer, and each referral gets you that $50 voucher.
